I’m going to help build a third party. There should be a good-faith effort to figure out what benefits the country.

It’s a big, bold statement. If Tucker wants to offer the people a new, political alternative — I say go for it.

Third parties usually fail. Not because ‘we’ aren’t intrigued about a new endeavor in U.S. party politics that wants to help, make the country a better place. It’s simply a monumental task to get any real traction in our dastardly system.

A third party can gain popularity and grab votes, but it’s almost impossible to convert that uprising into a lasting, political power. The machine won’t have it, can’t have it.

Even if you start with a gazillion dollars, which would be helpful, there’s still the issue of infrastructure—donor networks, staff, media, etc.. etc… It’s a big boulder to roll up the hill.

And yet, a new party can shake the foundations and put a scare into the establishment, which they darn well need.

There’s also the spoiler effect that comes with a new party—and can turn voters off.

The debate will go on forever whether or not Ross Perot’s candidacy cost President George Bush the 1992 election. The point stands that a popular third party might not win an election, but it could cost an election for a better, less insane candidate, which would be bad news.

We need a third party. I’m going to do everything I can to bring that about.

This talk of a third party might be old news in 6 months. Headlines today, a distant memory tomorrow.

Tucker already stated he has no interest to be a candidate, so he’d need to help recruit the ideal person to lead the way for this new party — a bold effort to shape the ideological direction of the ‘right,’ especially among voters tired of interventionist foreign policy.

Then there’s the money, the unfriendly media, the dark forces in the shadows, and whatever other obstacle you care to add.

I’m all for it. The more (positive, sane) political parties the better.

TC says the U.S. has become “a one-party state posing as a democracy,” and argues that both major parties are locked into the same war-and-donor consensus, and claims he has not spoken to Donald Trump since the Iran conflict escalated.

He describes his life after Fox as a podcast host who relies on “the power to talk and be heard” rather than institutional backing. He notes that part of his income now comes from selling the ALP nicotine pouches, using that as a way to underline how he’s built a self-sustaining media–business model outside traditional networks.

It’s a good mix of anti-war arguments and hard-line views on immigration and culture-war issues…. while also distancing himself from both Trump and the broader establishment that once amplified him.

As the war in Iran is hopefully in the final chapter (but really - who knows?!), the war in Ukraine rages on… and may be approaching a more dangerous phase. The potential risks extending deeper into Europe.

Despite these concerns, the issue has received relatively limited attention.

Tucker’s conversation with Viktor Bout (in Moscow) serves as a warning.

Tucker’s ALP to Launch Nicotine Pouches in 11 International Markets

ALP is gearing up to take its nicotine pouches global.

CEO Lorenzo De Plano told Reuters the company will begin online sales in 11 international markets starting in July — kicking off in the U.K., Ireland, Greece, Switzerland, and Romania, with a second wave across Central and Northern Europe later in 2026.

Retail expansion in the U.K. is slated for 2027.

Backed by Tucker and Turning Point Brands, ALP currently holds about 2% of the U.S. market—good for fourth or fifth place—and has ambitions to climb to No. 2 in the EU by 2030.

To support that push, ALP has locked in manufacturing capacity in Lithuania—20 million units for 2026, scaling to 50 million in 2027—and is widening its supplier network to keep up with demand.

At one point in our conversation, I asked him whether this conflict could become for Donald Trump what Afghanistan became for Joe Biden.

The question was a personal one. Having reported extensively on the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan, I have long felt it was the turning point of Biden’s presidency - the moment many voters began to question his leadership.

So I asked Carlson whether this war could become Trump’s Afghanistan.

“Oh yeah, of course it’s the end,” he replied.

Tucker’s recent visit with Alex Jones allowed him to share a stark view of rising geopolitical risk, internal political realignment, and what he sees as a breakdown in trust between Western governments and the public.

It’s already been a wild week for TC, now that he’s formally broken with the Republican Party. The pivot from party (+Trump) supporter to disillusioned critic is not entirely surprising, but definitely shakes up the political landscape as the GOP looks to right the ship ahead of the midterms. His chat with Jones touched on a mix of big issues

"I would not support the Republican Party. There's no chance I would support the Republican Party," Carlson said. "I'm not going to support the Democratic Party — I'm not sure what I'm going to do."

That’s the BIG pull quote from the interview — one of his sharpest recent breaks with the Republican Party, saying he no longer shares its values and won’t participate in it.

The interview is a smidge under an hour and definitely worth a watch/listen.

In the chat, he frames Washington as a corrupt system driven by power, status, and fear rather than principle, and he widened that critique beyond the GOP to the media and political class more broadly.

The most heated part of the conversation centered on Israel, Iran, and censorship.

TC suggested that public punishment often follows from whether someone is seen as sufficiently supportive of Israel, while also casting doubt on the motives behind U.S. foreign-policy orthodoxies and the people promoting them.

The interview also worked as a statement about Canada: Tucker treated the setting as proof that dissenting views are being managed, filtered, or ignored by legacy institutions. In effect, he cast himself not as a Republican commentator but as a post-partisan anti-establishment figure who sees the political order in both countries as detached from ordinary people.

With the midterms around the corner, and the next presidential election just around a few more corners, it is going to be VERY interesting/exciting to see what part Tucker plays (or doesn’t) in the big, silly, maddening game that is U.S. politics.

Will he stand at the 50-yard line and critique, antagonize both sides? Or, perhaps he’ll lean a certain way when we get down to brass tacks and it’s imperative the lesser of two evils, as he sees it, make their way into the halls of power?

This might be my favorite Tucker monologue of 2026 thus far. It hits on many key issues, sadly messaged through the horrific story of Henry Nowak’s murder earlier this year.

In an alternate (and let’s say, sensible) timeline, the horrid situation surrounding the murder of Nowak in the U.K. on December 3 would be front page news. Luckily, the spotlight is becoming warmer and warmer on the story as more details emerge.

Police footage showing Nowak’s final few minutes of life have been shared across the world. No surprise — people are appalled and outraged.

Just this week, U.K. protests have ignited as politicians and commentators accused the police of anti-white bias.

Mr. Nowak, 18, was attacked by Vickrum Digwa, 23, after the two men met in a chance encounter on the street in Southampton. Mr. Digwa, who is Sikh, stabbed Mr. Nowak and then lied to the police, saying that he had been the victim of a racist attack, according to evidence presented at Mr. Digwa’s trial.

Police officers arrested and handcuffed Mr. Nowak for about a minute before they realized that he was severely wounded and began administering first aid, a judge said in court on Monday as he sentenced Mr. Digwa to life in prison for murder.

In the Of Note section below, I link to a terrific story from Chronicles, further highlighting what happens when the principles of justice and safety are sacrificed to anti-racist ideology.

As Nowak lay dying, suffocating in his own blood on a residential street, he used his final moments to plead with the arriving police officers for help, telling them he had been stabbed and could not breathe.

Watching the body cam footage is an absolutely harrowing experience—it is the most heartbreaking thing I have ever witnessed.

Of course, and right on cue, the left-wing media in the U.K. has circled the wagons and decided to point fingers at the (ooh! scary, scary!…) ‘far right’ across Europe for exploiting the tragedy for political gain. The legacy media in the U.S. will no doubt be following suit in their coverage.

Enter: Tucker.

His Wednesday night commentary + interview with Frank Wright examines the circumstances surrounding Nowak’s death and places it within a broader debate over crime, cultural anxiety, and competing narratives about social decline in the West.

But first! We roll back to Wednesday night’s show and Tucker’s monologue following the defeat of Thomas Massie in the primary.

Some folks bummed, other folks ecstatic.

He was a bit too anti-Trump for my taste. I’m all for a little back and forth on the issues between Trump and the GOP congress, but at some point we need to come together and make good things happen for the citizens.

“This is the saddest moment in a long time. It’s not just the death of Thomas Massie’s immediate political career, which may be resurrected, one never knows…” Tucker said.

He then added: “It’s obviously the death of MAGA, whatever that was, but it’s also of course the end of the Republican Party as we thought we knew it.”

I don’t agree. Even if we struggle at times to describe what MAGA is, what MAGA can, or should, be, it is a political movement that’s not going to fade away due to a few primary defeats. MAGA is a lot of things, and I don’t see it ending anytime soon — and that’s even after Trump exits stage left from the Oval Office.

Anyway, Massie is out and life goes on. But not before Tucker has a chance to offer his opinions on the matter.

The Tucker side of the story says Massie’s primary defeat stands as one of the most consequential political developments in recent memory.

For his supporters, it marks not just the end of a congressional tenure, but a deeper shift within the Republican Party—raising questions about the durability of the ‘America First’ movement and the party’s ideological direction.

At the same time, moments like this often serve as catalysts.

Political realignments rarely happen without friction, and defeats can clarify divisions that were previously simmering beneath the surface. Whether this marks a period of decline or transformation for the GOP remains an open question—but it is unlikely to leave the party unchanged.

Tucker frames the occasion as a moment that may represent less an endpoint than the beginning of a new phase—one that could redefine both the movement and its leadership in the years ahead.

It can’t be a surprise that the interview with Israel’s Channel 13 turned into a contentious back-and-forth.

Tucker said Israel has “lost its morality” in its recent conflicts, citing civilian casualties as a central concern.

While acknowledging Israel’s right to self-defense, he said his criticism is tied to U.S. financial support for Israel’s military, arguing that American taxpayers have a stake in how those funds are used.

He added that actions by Hamas do not justify harm to civilians, and said the United States should reconsider its military aid to Israel.

The White House was quick to comment on Tucker’s interview, specifically the part where he alleges that Israel dragged the U.S. into a war that was not its own.

“Long before he was elected, President Trump has been consistent in his belief that Iran can never be allowed to possess a nuclear weapon. Israel has always been a great ally to the United States, especially through Operations Midnight Hammer and Epic Fury that obliterated Iran’s nuclear facilities and destroyed their defense industrial base.

President Trump took bold, decisive action to protect the American people - something presidents have talked about for 47 years, but only this President has had the courage to address.”

Tucker did not have to accept this TV interview, so kudos to him for once again stepping into the spotlight to discuss his personal opinions on what are important, and rather heated, topics. Surely he knows the negative reactions flying around from certain corners of media and politics, and surely he doesn’t care.

I enjoy Kevin O’Leary on the TV show, so this was an unexpected treat to see him join Tucker for a lively debate. The main focus of the chat focused on Kevin O’Leary’s Project Stratos—a 40,000-acre AI data center in Utah.
