At its most basic… this newsletter endeavour is about curating all the latest stories related to Tucker Carlson, then sending out a nice and neat digest to the readers every Friday who were kind enough to subscribe.
Beyond that it’s not certain. I might have writers contribute about media and politics and, of course, Tucker.
Let’s be honest - some weeks there just might not be that much Tucker news - at least news worthy to be included in such an upstanding Substack publication.
Tucker Carlson means different things to different people. But at the heart of it - beyond the media circus and evils of government - it’s about truth and being associated with people, be it a next door neighbor, or notable person on television, who are firmly on the side of free speech and free expression.
So in a broader scope, the TCiA project is about ideas and freedom and fun and sunny days and trying to shift the country back to a place of normalcy, decency, and freedom.
That’s about as big picture as I get.
But yeah… expect a lot of interesting links to scroll over real quick while you’re enjoying your favorite beverage and then going on with your day.
Truth is — I’m bummed about Tucker not being on the air every night at 8pm. There’s so much going on, to put it mildly, and every day I think how nice it would be to have Tucker around to get his opinions and observations.
There was a giant Tucker addiction and suddenly, in a flash, we all had to go cold turkey. It’s no fun. Especially when there’s so much happening. Luckily, there are numerous talented/smart people on podcasts, social media, Blogs, Substacks, and even TV (very few), that capably help steer the Ship of Sanity through a stormy sea of absolute chaos.
But Tucker reigned as the tip of the spear, as it were.
It drives me crazy to think so many folks who are up to no good (here, there and everywhere) are delighted they can continue to ruin the ‘party’ without the threat of Tucker calling out their nonsense night after night.
For now.
He’ll be back. That will be a great day.
So this newsletter is part cathartic exercise, part fun project, and hopefully a nice way to connect with awesome people out there (like Tucker) who have all sorts of beliefs, opinions, dreams and fears about the state of … everything. There’s so much going on you can’t even focus on just one thing.
But the common thread is that we’re connected by a desire to preserve and revel in the glory of freedom: freedom of speech. freedom of ideas. freedom of expression.
Thanks! Have a great day!
