TCiA | Steve Sailer, Tucker Meet for Engaging, Enlightening Conversation
Issue #124 | Because he's awesome.
Hello!! I hope ya’ll had a terrific holiday weekend.
We’re back in the saddle with a sensational Tucker interview with Steve Sailer.
I love to learn. Don’t you just love to learn new ‘stuff,’ about life and culture and history and …. whatever else. Maybe it’s a show about whales, or something on the History Channel. The world is a crazy, fascinating place.
Tucker is putting together quite the catalog of excellent interviews with a wide range of people, allowing us to enjoy, learn, think.
Listening to Steve Sailer is like getting a really good social sciences lesson.
They outta package these interviews and send them to schools across the country as required viewing/listening.
Steve Sailer presents so much good insight, I might need a second helping to reinforce the vital details.
Also, his new anthology "Noticing" is out. “Noticing: An Essential Reader” is the definitive collection of Sailer’s most incisive observations on culture, immigration, class, politics, and human biodiversity.
Journalists like Sailer are supposed to ask difficult and uncomfortable questions even if the people in charge don’t want them to. However, much of today’s press parrots ruling-class talking points and suppresses the truth instead. Steve Sailer is an exception.
Sailer has spent his three-decade career doing what reporters were meant to do: observing human behavior and coming to obvious, sensible conclusions. That practice has made him very unpopular on the Left, which is likely a good reason to read his work more.
Sailer dropped by the Tucker homestead to discuss a range of topics: BLM, the failing New York Times, Donald Trump, what Democrats don’t want you to know about DEI, and more.
Steve Sailer tells Tucker: “They say history is written by the winners, [but] my impression is that history is written by historians who got paid by one side or the other, not necessarily the winners, to write the history… How we’re going to remember our time, I don’t know. But it could change very much. Maybe we’ll have different heroes all of a sudden.”
Not long after Tucker mentioned on his X account that he may have secured an interview with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, the response from the Presidential Office arrived that Zelensky does not have plans to be interviewed.
So….. We are clearly in a hazy zone of what’s going on here.
"The point (of the interview) is to bring Americans much-needed information about the conflict that's completely reshaping their country’s position in the world," Carlson said.
“Coming soon we hope.”
I think we all hope. In a world that wasn’t upside down bananas, Zelensky would absolutely want to sit down and get his message out to the world. But I am being naive when it comes to how the world works; there is no way the U.S. folks and the Ukraine folks - those in charge - are going to allow Zelensky to hobnob with Tucker for all the world to see.
Heaven forbid we might get some honesty thrown in our faces.
In a normal world, it happens. In this world, it’s a big song and dance that ends up nowhere. But at least Tucker is trying. At least he’s working hard to tell the truth about the things that matter.
It’s Tucker Carlson's first nationwide arena tour!
The tour is set to run through the month of September, beginning in Phoenix, Arizona on Sept. 4 and wrapping up in Jacksonville, Florida on Sept. 28.
The current cities Carlson will tour are Anaheim, California; Colorado Springs, Colorado; Fort Bend, Texas; Fort Worth, Texas; Grand Rapids, Michigan; Greenville, South Carolina; Hershey, Pennsylvania; Jacksonville, Florida; Kansas City, Missouri; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Phoenix, Arizona; Salt Lake City, Utah; Sunrise, Florida; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Wichita, Kansas.
Tucker will be joined on stage by some of the most fascinating and recognizable guests, responding to everything that is happening in real time. It’s going to be interesting and fun as hell.
